FertOS is a fertility companion app that helps people and couples plan, track, and make decisions across their fertility journey. FertOS is operated by PROMOTICH LTD (“FertOS”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Bulgaria. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the FertOS mobile app (Android and iOS) and the FertOS web app at fertos.promotich.team.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract:

FertOS lets you connect a partner so you can share parts of your fertility journey. When you join or create a family unit, certain data you choose to share becomes visible to connected members. You control what is shared, and you can leave a family unit.
Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including by the sub-processors listed above. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers.
We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. Magic-link tokens expire after 15 minutes. Anonymous analytics may be retained in aggregated form.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We restrict access to personal data to those who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

We verify and process deletion requests within 30 days. This permanently removes your account, health and fertility data, documents, and history, except limited records we must retain by law.
FertOS is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
FertOS provides informational and organizational support only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
